Investment System Email is a private, single-user application for sending investment news and research reports. This notice describes its use of Google account data.

Google account access

The application requests only the Google Gmail API gmail.send scope to send email on behalf of the account owner. It does not request access to read, modify, or delete Gmail inbox messages.

Data used and stored

The application uses the authorized sender address, an owner-configured recipient address, generated report content, and OAuth credentials required to send mail. OAuth credentials are stored in the owner's private server configuration rather than on this public website. The application sends message content and addressing information to Google via the Gmail API for mail delivery.

Use and sharing

Google account access is used only to send the owner's requested automated reports. The application does not sell Google user data or share it with advertisers. Google processes messages as part of providing Gmail delivery.

Access and revocation

The owner can stop using the integration and revoke access from their Google Account's third-party connections settings. The owner controls deletion of locally stored OAuth credentials. Revoking access prevents future authorized Gmail API sends; it does not recall messages already delivered.

These informational pages do not ask visitors to sign in, collect form submissions, or include analytics or advertising scripts.
